Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Responsiv Marketing Agency Corp (“we”, “us”), which operates Dupli, for using Dupli at getdupli.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on its behalf.

1. Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 18.
• Owners run a team space (a “system”) and pay for it. An Owner may add one co-admin, who can manage the system but not billing.
• Team members are people an Owner adds or approves. Team members don’t pay us. On the Advanced plan, leaders can see the people under them; only the Owner and co-admin can add or remove people.
• You sign in with one-time links sent to your email. Keep your email secure: anyone who can open it can sign in as you.

2. Free trial, plans and billing

• Free trial: 14 days, with a payment card up front, and up to 5 active team members during the trial.
• We email you 3 days before your trial ends and your first payment is taken.
• Plans: Basic, $47 a month, for up to 50 active team members; Advanced, $97 a month, for up to 250 active team members, with leaders and their own teams. Advanced can add 100 more members for $20 a month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.
• Active members are the ones who can sign in. Revoking someone frees their seat; their progress is kept in case you restore them.
• Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. We charge the card on file through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If we change our prices, existing customers keep the price they signed up with. We’d only raise an existing customer’s price if the Service changes significantly, for example with major new features, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
• If someone you refer becomes a paying Owner, you may earn credit as described in the Service. Credit has no cash value.

3. Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• Cancel during your free trial and you won’t be charged at all.
• Payments for the current period aren’t refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, email us within 30 days at support@getdupli.com and we’ll refund it.
• If a trial isn’t converted, a payment fails or you cancel, your system is frozen: your team can’t sign in, but nothing is deleted for 60 days and you can export your team list. After 60 days, and after a warning email, the system and its content are permanently deleted.

4. AI features

• The Service uses AI (currently Anthropic’s Claude) to draft onboarding lessons, ongoing tasks and video scripts from what you tell it.
• Basic includes 3 full builder runs and 100 AI helps a month; Advanced includes 10 runs and 300 helps. The trial includes your plan’s allowance. Allowances reset monthly. You can buy an AI boost ($10 for 1 run and 50 helps), which doesn’t expire. We may pause AI features briefly if overall use is unusually high.
• AI can be wrong. Drafts are a starting point: review and edit everything before your team sees it. You are responsible for what you publish to your team.
• We don’t use your content to train AI models, and our AI provider doesn’t either under its terms with us.

5. Your content and your team’s content

• You own your content: lessons, videos, files, and what you and your team write. You give us permission to store, display and process it only to run the Service for you.
• Videos and files are hosted elsewhere (such as YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Google Drive or Dropbox). The Service links to or embeds them, and those services’ own terms apply.
• You’re responsible for having the right to add the people you add, and for how you use their information. We act on your instructions for your team’s data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can export your team list at any time.

6. No income or health claims

Network marketing is closely regulated. Your content in the Service must not:

• promise or suggest earnings or income, including amounts people could make, “replace your income”, “financial freedom”, “quit your job”, or lifestyle and bonus claims such as cars or trips;
• make health or medical claims about products (that they cure, treat or prevent any condition), or claims your company hasn’t approved;
• be false or misleading, break your company’s policies or the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• harass, discriminate, or include anything unlawful.

The AI is set up to avoid these claims and flags lines that may read like income promises, but it can miss things; the responsibility stays with you. We may remove content or suspend a system that breaks these rules, usually after telling you.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: don’t try to access other people’s systems or data, scrape it automatically, overload it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or resell it without our written agreement.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features, and we’ll tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.

9. Ending

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don’t pay, usually with notice and a chance to fix it. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12 and 13 continue after the agreement ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee any business results, including how many people join, stay or succeed on your team. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You’ll defend and cover us against third-party claims arising from your content, including income or health claims, or from your use of your team’s information.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and the courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll email Owners at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept them.
